UK Brexit Sec. Davis: See transition agreed very early in 2018

British Brexit Minister David Davis crossed the news wires, via LiveSquawk, in the last hour saying that he was seeing the Brexit transition finalized in early 2018 and added that he wanted durable post-Brexit regulatory setup for banks.
