Wall Street rises to post record highs
FXstreet.com (San Francisco) - The US stocks market advanced on Wednesday fueled by strong gains in the technology sector. DJIA and S&P advanced to record highs and the Nasdaq closed at best level since 2000.
The Dow Jones advanced 128.78 points or 0.88% to 14,802.24. The S&P 500 added 19.12 points or 1.22% to end the day at 1,587.73. The Nasdaq gained 59.39 points or 1.83% to finish at 3,297.25.
